South Rakaia School Committee.

The Chairman reported that the result of Professor de Loree's entertainment was £2. Mr Oxley proposed that this Committee vote for Major Steward as a member for the Board of Education, seconded by Mr C. Dixon, and carried unanimously. The Board' of Education forwarded a circular stating that owing to being poverty stricken, no further gymnastic apparatus could be provided by the Board.
