THE GOLDSBOROUGH CASE.
Melbourne, April 12. A cross action has been commenced in the Supreme Court, Mrs Horsfall having issued a writ against Andrew Rowan, claiming £30,000 damages for alleged libel and slander. The case arose out of a dispute with the directors of Goldsborough, Mort and Co. in January last. Rowan served a writ on Horsfall, claiming £250,000 damJlges for libel arising out of the same matter.
