THE LABOR QUESTION.

London, April 9. At a labor meeting to: day, representing 120,000 employees, resolutions were carried in favor of amendments to the factory laws, as adopted by the Union, and the creation of a Sick and Accident Assurance Fund. The congress of the Labour Electoral Association, sitting at Langley, recommends the payment of members of the House of Commons.
