Bland and Humphreys report for the week ending Saturday sth April:—We held our weekly, sale of horses, etc. There was a fair attendance of farmers and others, but the bidding was not.yery brisk, nevertheless we sold. 19 horses out of a total en^ry of 36; good draught stock realised good value. The following is a detailed lisfe of the sale. Three and four ye.w old draught mares and geldinga brought £.21, £23105, £24, £24105, £25. Three to seven year old mares and geldings, £15, £16 10s, £20. We sold a number of hacks from £4 10s to £7. Sundries, rye-seed, 3s 9d per bushel, tyer* grass seed, 3s to 3s 3d ; chickwheajb, Js 9d to 2s per bushel; old oajbs..|^ 6d peij bushel; onions Id per- Jb,; ; potatoes 4s to 5s per bag.
