Quebec, September 21. A mass of rock fell at Quebec to-day burying a number of residences. So far as is known, thirteen persons have been killed, and 100 aro entombed m tho ruins.

It is estimated that thousands of tons of rock fell from Dufferin terrace, from a height of 300 ft, destroying seven houses, The debris filled Champlain street to a height of 80ft. Many of the parsons who were entombed by the mass of falling stone have been rescued.
