London, Seote-nbnr 18 The Dock riots were suppressed by tb« police before any great harm was done. No fatalities occurred. The Directors of tho Companies have determined to resist the opposition of tho regular hands and to retain the ''blacklegs" m spite of them. Tillet, Chairman of tho Laborers' Union, deprecates violence. Work at tho docks is proceeding quietly, except at tho Albert Dock, where tho Unionists refuse to work with , tho "blacklegs." The Lord Mayor and Cardinal Manning urge the strikers to fulfil the terms of the agreement.
