Olark, At a meeting of the Committee, it was deolded to form a training track on the outside of the oourse. Mestrs Lewis, Sqott, G^es end were authorised to draw up a draft .programme to be submitted at a meeting to be held next Baturday evening, It was also deoldod to Increase tbe stakes about £10.
