DOCK LABORERS' STRIKE.
London. August #1. Owing to the strike among the dock laborers shipping is absolutely at a standstill, and at present it is uncertain whether the mail steamers will be able to keep their engagements. The public condemn the action of the dock companies and accuse them of sweating.
