Pasteur, m connection with alleged tampering with their letters, that M.. Pasteur is satisfied that there .was' nothing dishonorable on the part of the postal authorities. The' Consul. adds that M. Pasteur is displeased witri the action taken by M. M. Germont and Loir m connection with the matter*
