The Government has decided to prosecute General f ├čoulanger, Count Dillon, and Rochefort, for treason. Paris, July 14. A decree of indictment preferred by Government against General Boulanger charges him with a felonious attempt against the safety of the State, also of conspiracy and of embezzling the sum of 252,000 francs. Count Dillon and M. Rochefort are charged with being accomplices. . The Chamber of Deputies has passed a bill providing for limiting the number of candidates for any one constituency.
