TgcBBDAY Island, July 2. Three suspected French escapees from New Caledonia were wrecked at Naghe after having been at sea a month m an open boat. They state that they lost a box containing three thousand francs. They assert that the* are free men and not escapees from the French penal settlement. They have been arrested and an enquiry into their long, fiiti will be held.
