About ene and a half miles GENERAL RULES* No entry will be received for any of the Races except upon this Condition :—That all disputes and objections arising out of the racing | shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Entries by telegram must be confirmed by writing at the earliest opportunity. N o nomination or acceptance will be received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, and unless accompanied by the necessary ' amount m cash. All horses must be riden m colors. A qualified hunter shall mean any horse that has been fairly hunted at least three times with any recognised pack of hounds during the season 1809, and the Master's certificate of qualification must be produced at the scales* Gentlemen Ridersi — Names must be sent m to the Secretary on or before August 3rd for the approval of the Committee.
