DURHAM V CHETWYND.
In the arbitration case before the Jockey Club reference was made to * long standing dispute between Sir Geo. , Chetwynd and Earl Durham. The former stated that he was positive the alleged jockey ring never had any exigence. He admitted purchasing some of Charles Wood's (the jockey's) horses, the price to be contingent oo the horses winning.
