Pabis, June 6. An effusive reply, signed by 250 members of the Chamber of Deputies, has been sent to the Radical members of the English House oi Commons, who forwarded a memorial to; the President, regretting the absence of Lord Lytton, the English Ambassador, from Paris at the opening of the Exhibition.
