Mr T, Bullock reports, under date Saturday, Jane Ist:— Amongst thosb brought forward for the day's eale were a a number of draughts of a better stamp than has been offered for some time. A pair of veil bred 4 year old goldingß, od Recount of Mr P. Msngan, Palmerston Sooth, brought £56 ana a team of 4, on account of Mr John Spring, were sold for £67. On account of Mr Oochrane, 3 and 4 year olds of a lighter stamp, £18 to £21. All the best sorts of this class were sold at satisfactory prloes. For light harness horses biddings were extremely languid, and the name remark applies to hacks. Oot of the day's entry of 31, It were sold the prices besides those quoted above,being as follows: Six year olds of rather a lighter stamp, £17 10*, £21 10a, £22 10s ; 3 and 4 year olds, £18 £21 ; do of a lighter description, £13.
