ENGLAND AND THE PARIS EXHIBITION
London, May 28 The action of Government m withdrawing Lord Lytton, British Ambassador at Paris, from that city on the occasion of the opening of the Exhibition was strongly condemned m the House of Commons last night by Mr Gladstone and Mr John Morley.
