SUBMERGED TOWNSHIPS FLIGHT OF THE INH ABIT ANTS. (Received M*y 28 3.9 pro.) Railway communication is btockod everywhere and never m the history of the department has there been such a stoppage of traffic. At Croydon thirty families were rescued by boats. Warricksville is submerged and the residents are leaving m boats. At Windsor, a boat which was engaged m rescue work was capsized and a man named Jenkins was drowned. There are now slight signs of an abatement of the flood.
