Equal commercial rights will be con ceded to all Powers The committee ■ of the Conference has decided to recommend ttipaitite administration of of the municipal district of Apia, and that the Natives be allowed to elect their own king. England has assumed a neutral attitude. It is expected that the Conference will conclude its sittings m a forlnight.
