THE GREAT SOCIAL PROBLEM.
The Marquis of Ripon delivered an address at Limehouse, m the course of which b.e said that when the Irish question was settled the Liberal party would endeavor to solve the social problem as to the cause of misery m the East-end of London, and pass remedial measures with the object of mitigating tbe sufferings of the masses.
