Wbmjngton, May 3. The report of the Colonial Insurance Compeny to be presented at the eleventh annual meeting showa reoeipts £66,445, expenditure, £62,052, balanoe, £4293. The direotora say that the profit of the past year has enabled them to clear off the heavy debit balanoe whioh has for some time been a serious drag on the Company, and also to write off the loss caused by the death of the Caloutta manager. The debit balanoe and all oatstanding olaims and losses having been provided for, the Company oommenoes its present finanoial period with a better prospeot than has been its fortune for some time past.
