Ie is reported that M. Tirard, the Premier, has demanded the expulsion of General Boulanger from Belgium,
General Boulanger conferred with Prince Victor before leaving Paris. Brussels, April B.^
General Boulanger, m the course of an interview, stated that he anticipated that at the next elections seventy departments would return his nominees to the Chamber of Deputies. The General also expresses the opinion that the Senate would find him guilty of charges now being heary .against him and sentence him to penal servitude for life m New Caledonia,
