Cardinal Moran m an address to his congregation, m referring to education, said if the majority of the population of New South Wales were satisfied -with the present Act, and approved tho manner m which the schools were conducted, it was their own business, and Catholics had no right and no wish to interfere. For his own part he had no desire to say a word against those accepting the existing system.
