> Melbourne, April 2 At the Supreme Court to-day five young men named Mack, Young, Tower, Lewis, and Mahoney were charged with having committed perjury in evidence given by them in connection with a charge of murder against Cutter, acquitted of killing a Chinaman. They were sentenced to nine years' imprisonment with hard labor. In sentencing the prisoners, his Honor the Judge said the conspiracy was one of the worst character ever brought undejr fell notice;
