LORD SALISBURY ON AFFAIRS IN IRELAND.
Lord Salisbury, m the course of a speech at Watford, complained of his opponents resorting to a cataract of falsehood to attain their ends. The Government would largely increase the facilities for the occupation of land m Ireland by small owners when order was restored.
