Nhw Plymouth, Maroh 20. The Commission sat again this morning, when MoLauohlan made an application to put m freHh chatgea, Mr Samuel on behalf of Rawaon ob* jeoted at the tlms fixed for receiving them had expired. He Bald if Rawaon were dragged into continual expense of meeting ohargea, he would be finaoolally ruined. MoLauohlan had had ample time and opportunity of. bringing charges before yet delayed till to-day. MoLauohUn aald he had not been able to get papers till yesterday. Commissioner Beid snid acoording to tbe firat instruo ions there was a limit to the time for receiving obarges, but subsequent instructions were sent to extacd tbe time for receiving Jonas' obarges unttl the 21st. They were also empowered te enquire into any charge againet Rawson, und under the oircumsUnces. would have to accede to tbe application. Mr Bamuol said there should be eomo finality, of t v ie end of the labors of the Commission fixed. After further disouasion it was ruled that uoless good cause were shown the OommisHion would not receive charges after Friday morning.
The Commission adjourned till 2 o'olook,
