TWENTY-FOUR PERSONS DROWNED. (Pkr Pkbss AesroiATioN.) (Keceived February 5, 11.29 • m.) London, February 4> The steamer Neried collided with the ship Killochan from Lyttelton, ofl Dungeness. Both vessels were sunk, twenty four persons being drowned, t f these seventeen belonged to the Ktllfchan. The Killochan sailed from Lyttelton on October 20 % with 15,000 sacks of wheat for the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company.
