Berlin, Jan nary 17. The Reichstag yesterday had under consideration the case of Prof. Geffeken, charged with publishing the diary of the late Emperor Frederick. The indictment sets forth that m the year 1879, when at Weisbaden, the then Crown Prince was induced to lend his diary to the Professor.
