SPEECH BY MR GLADSTONE.
London, Deoember 16. : Mr Gladstone addressed a large ! meeting at Limehouse last night. He accused the Government of wasting the time of the House, thus necessitating the abridgement of the privileges of private members. The Parnellites had been the greatest sufferers m this respect, but they had exercised great forbearance under their disappointment. Referring to the Soudan campaign he said it was hopeless to attempt to conquer the Soudan.
