THE PARNELL COMMISSION.
A Fenian named Buckle, gave, evidence before the Commission to day. He deposed he had been ordered to shoot an expelled Und leaguer, Roche by name. The attempt failed, and the League gave him fifty shillings to facilitate his escape to America.
