The English wheat market is unchanged, and Continental markets steady] American, however, has now an upward tendency. For Australian wheat, new crop, on passage, sellers ask 40s 6d. New Zealand wheat on passage, is quoted on an average at 40s. Australian flour, 28s Gd ; New Zealand, 26s 6d. ' Wool is hardening. The advance m prices ranges from Id to l£d. Up to date, 104,200 bales have been catalogued, of whioh 100,000 were sold. Money is advancing, owing to insufficient supplies ia the open market. Three months' bills are quoted at 4£ per cent.
