London, December 1. Sir H. A. Blake in a letter to the "Press," refutes the assumption that the Irish population of the colonies is displaying factious opposition to Governorss because they are nominated by the Imperial authorities. He considers it unjust to stigmatise the Irish of the colonies as disloyal to the British Government.
