THE BOULANGER DIVORCE.
Paris, November 28. General Boulanger does not oppose the divorce action instituted by his wife, as he is desirous of marrying Madam Heriot, the wealthy proprietress of a magasin. The friends of General Boulanger wish to prevent the scandal for political reasons, as they fear it will injure the leadership of the Boulanger party.
