In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876, and the several Acts amending the same, and of the the bankruptcy of JAMES ALFRED FOUNTAINS, of the Hinds, farmer, a debtor. This is to notify that James Alfred Fountains, of the Hinds, farmer, has this day filed in this Court a statement that he is unable to meet his engagements with his creditors.
