Tho Buko and Duchess of Norfolk have returned from the miracle working springs of Lourdes. The journey was made in the hope that Oar Lady of the famous shrine would relieve the dreadful affliction of blindness from their infant son and heir. Contracts were signed at Paris between Baron Reirach, member of the Canadian and Pacific Syndicate, and Charles Decascs of Winnipeg, agent for tho above company. The society will select 2,000,000 acres of land in the neighborhood of the Canadian railway line, and expect to establish thereon 160 tp 200 fa niiies a year, till tho whole be colonised.
