[per REUTER’S AGENCY.] Not to be Trifled With. Alexandria, July 10. Admiral Seymour has announced that he will commence the bombardment of the city at four o’clock on Tuesday morning unless the forts are surrendered before that time. The French fleets will not join in the bombardment. Mr Cookson, the British Consul, has suspended relations with the Egyptian Government, and has informed Dervish Pasha that he will be held responsible for the safety of the Khedive.
