To the Editor. Sir, —May I be permitted, through the columns of the Guardian, to call the Inspector of Nuisances’ attention to a lot of dead pigs that have been lying for some considerable time past at the corner of the Cemetery, Moore street. The stench is fearful, well calculated to create a sickness in the locality.—l am, etc., A Resident. Ashburton, July Bth.
