The Hotel being most centrally situate, adjacent to the Cathedral, and within a short distance of the Museum, Theatre, and other public buildings, and with a tram service to all parts of the suburbs assing it at short intervals, renders it neq nailed as a place of residence for ' amities or commercial gentlemen visiting Christchurch.
