Nominations for all Handicap Races must be in the Secretary’s hands by five o’clock of the 13th December; Ashburton postmarks of that day being also taken. Acceptances must be lodged by five o’clock of Friday, the 23rd, with the same postmark understanding. Nomination fee for all Handicaps, 2s Cd; acceptance fee, 2s 6d for all except the Grand Handicap Flat Races, the acceptance fee for which is 6s, and neither nomination nor acceptances will be taken without payment of the fees.
