[PER. PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Attempted' Suicide. Auckland, To-day. A woman named Morey attempted suicide to-day, by throwing herself into the harbor from the reclamation ground. Hill (of Wellington). Timaru Items. Timaru, To-day. Mr J. H. Sutter was re-elected Mayor to-day without opposition. Shearing is in full swing in the district. Wool is coming into town rapidly. It is expected that the Dunedin steamer will discharge into the railway trucks on the wharf to-morrow. The laying of the rails on the wharf is not completed, but the wharf can already be used.
