The Clerk was directed to reply. From Mr J. C. Bell re valuation of the district.—The Clerk was requested to ask the half cost of the fence between the Board’s reserve 2064 and the Tinwald domain. He was also instructed to advertise that all unpaid rates will be sued for after the Ist December. Also to call for tenders for. timber crossing at Winchmore into the north branch of the Ashburton. The Board then adjourned.
