[by telegraph.] Timaru, To-day,
At the Resident Magistrate’s Court this morning Patrick Clancy was charged with unlawfully wounding Tim M'Auliffe, the well known amateur pedestrian. The prosecutor was too ill to appear, and the accused was remanded till Friday. Bail was accepted, himself in LSO and two sureties of LSO each.
