Best Scotch iron, No. 1, f.o.b. in Clyde, has declined to 40s. Lord Beaconsfield. A bulletin issued this morning reports that Earl Beaconsfield has again experienced renewed difficulty ol breathing, and is still in a critical state. The Irish Land Bill.
