The steamer Norfolk, loaded by Shaw, Savill, and Co., was to have left for Lyttelton and Wellington on the 20th, but being completely ice-bound in the docks, could not leave till the She ! carries 181 passengers, but the majority, and a large portion of the cargo, are for Sydney.
