For any fractional part of an acre, and not exceeding.five acres, two guineas. Exceeding, five acres and under twenty-five acres, three guineas. Exceeding twenty-five acres and under fifty acres, three guineas for the first twenty-five acres, arid one dulling per acre for balance. Exceeding filly acres and under one hundred acres, four guineas for the first fifty acres, and one shilling per acre for balance. Exceeding one hundred acres and under five acres, five guineas for the first one hundred acres, and ninepence per acre for balance, r Exceeding five hundred acres and under five thousand* .ninepence per acre for the first five hundred acres, and sixpence per acre for balance. .
