S. 422, Tancred street, L6O; part of lot 37, East : town belt, quarter acre, LiS ; a farm- of 96 acre's, Longbeach, was passed in, not reaching owner’s limit; also several sections in Tinwald, and two properties in Trevorton. Taking into account the busy season of the year, and the depression which has been felt in-this district for some time past, the sale may be considered satisfactory.
