The- Premier considered- thafrit; would be better for the interests, of the Association if Hip Bill .were taken up by? a private individual, and suggested .that inheritwouldsee fllfi Stevens’ •and' Mr.l Waterhouse on the subject. Both -Messrs. Hall and Rolleston entirely coincided. with .thc.-principle of the Bill and would give it all support.
