HORSE RACES. 1. Hurdle Race—l£ miles, over 6 flights of hurdles, 3ft. Gin. high ; weight, list. Entrance, 1 sov. ; prize, 10 sovs. 2. Winslow Cup—l£ miles; weight for age. Entrance, 2 sovs. ; Ist horse, 20 sovs. ; 2nd horse saves his stake. 3. Trotting Race—2 miles ; . weight, lOst. Entrance, 10s ; prize, ssovs. 4. Hack Race —1 mile, catch weights. Entrance 10s. ; Ist prize. 5. Consolation Race—l mile ; entrance 10s. ; prize, ssovs. Rules—1, No one allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber of half a guinea to the funds. Should the prize be £2O or over, to subscribe one guinea. 2. All horses to be owned in the County three months prior to the Races. 3. Three to start or no Race. 4. No horse to run in the Trotting or Hack Race that has won public money. 5. No Protest will be entertained unless £1 be deposited with the Secretary, which 'will be forfeited should the same, in the opinion of the Comi inittee, prove frivolous. 6.
