Adjourned for two months. Jones u Hunt, a judgment'summons from Geraldine. Defendant, ordered to pay L2 per month, or in default of any one payment one month’s imprisonment. G. Fox v. same. In this case the same order was made as above. A number of cases brought by Temuka Road Board, for the recovery of rates, were settled out of Court., The Court adjourned until Monday next.
