Tour heats will be rowed and afterwards the final contest will take place. The following is the drawing for heats : First—Laycock,• Elliott, Harden, and Barrier (1). Second—Riley, "Wallace, Ross, Largan, and Foley (1). Third—Smith, Hcsman, Gibson and Anderson. Fourth—Trickett, Nicholson, and Chasaner The coarse will be between Putney and Cheswick, a distance of three miles. Hanlan has been scratched, and will take no part in the regatta.
