“An Elector.” —Your letter is just a little too personal. However, you were perfectly justified in calling attention to the poor thing’s wish to represent the other half of Coleridge when the division takes place, and that is doubtless the object he has in view in trying to drum up electors to register. But it is somewhat premature as yet to tear him to pieces, however much he may like it. Besides, it only panders to his vanity.
